Holt Environments completes a custom showroom upfit for Stabilus in Gastonia, North Carolina. Stabilus manufacturers dampers and gas shocks for the automotive, industrial equipment, furniture, and maritime industries. The new showroom kiosks are custom-designed to display physical product samples and product information in a contemporary manner with easy to read info graphics and integrated LED lighting. The display graphics are modular and easily changed out as new products are released into the marketplace.
The Holt Group finalizes showroom improvements for Gloster at the IHFC building for Spring Market in High Point. Gloster is a Virginia-based manufacturer of contract outdoor lounge furnishings.
The Holt Group installs a second phase of wall displays and environmental graphics at Monitech in Morrisville, NC. The new phase was prompted by Monitech's expansion into the adjacent space within the business park.
The Holt Group develops and ships branded wayfinding signage to be installed in Grifols' facility located in Los Angelos. Grifols is a global healthcare company with a 70-year legacy of improving people's health and well being through the development of life-saving plasma medicines, diagnostics systems, and hospital pharmacy products.
The Holt Group was chosen by Dublin Dog to design and prototype a retail fixture for their line of dog collars and pet accessories. The double-sided custom-designed retail display is comprised of a UV-coated plywood shell, black gridwall and screened graphics. It is designed to flat-pack and assemble at reseller locations with little effort.
The Holt Group installs retail fixtures and football-themed graphics at Winston-Salem State University in preparation for Homecoming. This new retail space game day store is located in the Field House at Bowman Gray Stadium adjacent to their Hospitality Suite. Store staff will sell WSSU Ram apparel and gifts on home game days during their football season.
The Holt Group installs a quartz-clad counter at the The James B. Hunt Jr. Library at North Carolina State University. The base cabinets are made of laminated plywood with six locking doors to one side and a microwave shelf to the other that is large enough to accommodate two consumer-grade microwaves. The top and two ends are clad with 3CM Viatera Lava Ice quartz panels.
The Holt Group executes on the fabrication, delivery, and installation of interpretive exhibits for the Muddy Run Visitor Center in Holtwood, Pennsylvania. The exhibit is owned and operated by Exelon Corporation, one of the nation's largest electric utility conglomerates. Exhibits and interactives in the visitor center focus on power generation, local wildlife, and area geography (designed by Rector Communication Inc, Philadelphia).
The Holt Group secures a design/build contract with RockTenn Merchandising to oversee the fabrication and installation of branded displays, environmental graphics, and contracting services to renovate the main conference room and adjacent Retail Lab within their Winston-Salem, NC facility. RockTenn is the leading designer and producer of POP displays for retail environments. They regularly meet with current and potential client companies in their Retail Lab to hold brainstorming sessions for the creation of new POP fixtures.
The Holt Group installs exterior dye-sublimated fabric banners at the Marbles Kids Museum in Raleigh, North Carolina. These identification and wayfinding banners will bring a more branded and whimsical presence to the main entrance, the street-facing facade, and the IMAX theater entrance.

The Holt Group moves into a new 39,850-square-foot space at the Eagle Hill Business Park in High Point, a corporate park owned by Liberty Property Trust. The new facility will take the place of two smaller facilities in Greensboro that had totaled 23,000 square feet.
The Holt Group was recently awarded the Visitors Information Center fit out contract for The Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau. This follows the completion of a branded environmental design phase completed in early May 2010. The Bureau is relocating from their current Visitor Information Center address at 220 Fayetteville Street, also occupied by the Raleigh City Museum, to a new space located within the Connector between the Raleigh Marriott City Center and the Raleigh Convention Center. This new space will allow the Bureau to better service not only Raleigh area leisure visitors, but also incoming convention and meeting groups from across the nation. The Holt Group will be working in conjunction with Barnhill Contracting Company, the general contractor and construction management company for the Raleigh Convention Center, during installation.
